Daniel has been personally hired by most of the Major Lenders in this country as their foreclosure / REO expert and awarded contracts to sell all of their Bank Owned Inventory in the entire state of New Jersey including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Citi Bank, CitiCorp, Sears Mortgage, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, World Savings, Washington Mutual, Chase Home Mortgage and many more. Additionally, Citi Bank hired Daniel to recruit and train real estate agents in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. He also was awarded contracts from PMI companies, including Tycor Mortgage Insurance, United Guarantee Mortgage Insurance, PMI as well as Commonwealth Mortgage Insurance.

This well-rounded experience allows Daniel to guide his clients in understanding of the mortgage process and how loans work so they can MODIFY their loans today. Explain to them what the mortgage companies’ expectations are and how to KEEP THEIR HOMES!
