Flor shares her experience
Flor reached out for help when her home was facing foreclosure and time was running out. After speaking with Daniel and the team, they stepped in, reviewed her situation, and took action to pause the foreclosure, giving her much-needed breathing room.
For Flor, this was about more than a house. Her home held deep personal meaning and memories, and the fear of losing it had taken a heavy emotional toll. When she learned the
foreclosure had been stopped, she felt overwhelming relief and renewed hope.
With time on her side, Flor was able to refocus, move forward thoughtfully, and regain a sense of stability. She credits the guidance, knowledge, and support she received with helping her
through one of the most difficult moments of her life.

Dan Saves the Day!
She called Dan at 8:00 a.m. Her foreclosure sale was scheduled for 12:00 p.m. With only hours left, she asked if anything could still be done. Dan’s response was immediate and honest: “Meet me at the courthouse. Could you have called me any later?”
Dan went straight there — wheelchair ready. When she arrived with her son, time was running out. Inside the courthouse, they rushed through security, into the elevator, and upstairs. Every minute mattered.
They were standing in line, foreclosure just minutes away. Dan explained the urgency and asked the person ahead of them if this woman could go first. The man stepped aside. Because of preparation, urgency, and a moment of human kindness, they made it upstairs in time and were able to stop the foreclosure.
The smile on her face is the relief of someone who was moments away from losing her home. This is what showing up looks like. This is what urgency looks like. This is what it means to do everything possible when time is almost gone. Every situation is different. Results depend on individual circumstances. No guarantees are made.
